Still Kickin’
I haven’t given up! I’m still losing, although, at a very slow rate. But hey, that’s how it’s supposed to be done, right? That said, I haven’t exercised in the past two weeks. Work has been killing me. I come home mentally and physically exhausted to the point of depression, and wake up in the morning the same way.
After next week, I’m taking a week off. Hopefully, the time off will refresh me and put me back in a positive frame of mind. If not, I’m takin’ this job and shovin’ it.
As long as you never ever give up, it’s ALL good! You know, we need to take time off to take care of ourselves…so make sure you take some time out of your busy schedule to do something your truly enjoy, whether it’s taking a bath OR reading a book or watching a show…just do something fun to keep your mind fresh and I, my sweet friend, will follow my own advice!
Like you said, still loosing. Slow rate is good. Remember, we did not put this on overnight. Do take time for yourself. I hope your week off finds you very refreshed and ready to take on all again, positively. Keep up the great work.
